About Us

Building Africa’s Cities of the Future

Rendeavour is Africa’s gold-standard new city builder, transforming over 12,000 hectares (30,000 acres) across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Zambia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo into vibrant, sustainable urban environments. Our cities – many Special Economic Zones or Free Trade Zones – are designed to be practical solutions to overcome the infrastructure deficits, congestion and poor planning and controls plaguing existing African cities.

By creating expansive, integrated live-work-play communities, we foster economic growth, job creation and inclusive housing solutions. With our city master plans, we are committed to creating predictable, safe and inclusive environments while ensuring long-term sustainability and innovation. Built in phases, Rendeavour developments are typically 1,000 hectares (2,500 acres) or larger and are long-term projects with 50-year investment horizons.
